Ⅰ、摘要：應具有獨立性和自含性，提取出文章的主要觀點。力避類似這樣的用語：本文從幾個方面論述了什么問題，對什么問題提出了個人的獨到見解等。
Ⅱ、提供第一作者簡介，內容包括: 姓名、出生年、性別、職稱（職務）、主要從事的工作及詳細的通信地址、郵政編碼、電子信箱、聯系電話。
Ⅲ、注釋采用尾注，以“①”“②”等標注排序。
Ⅳ、本刊有權對所有來稿進行必要的刪改，作者如有異議，請在來稿時說明。
Ⅴ、標題應簡明、具體、確切，概括文章要旨。題長一般不超過20個漢字。
